My Story.
My name is Lauren Catris, I am a BA (Hons) Surface Pattern Design graduate from Swansea Metropolitan University, and I was awarded a 2:1 in 2012.
Since graduating I focused my attention on continuing to design and create.
Realising how competitive the fashion design industry was, I wanted to take my skills and passion to create a name and brand for myself.
My family enabled me to be creative from such a young age, and so the fear of living a life without using my creative talents was the trigger for me to take the risk in going it alone, and continues to be the trigger for my motivation to continue.
I was fortunately awarded the Young Entrepreneur Bursary in 2014, which allowed me to push my passion even further, and expand my collection and luxury brand; from having stalls at events, advertising with Vogue, Elle and Tatler magazine, to being interviewed for local news and television. It is this kind of recognition and attention that has helped to build the confidence in myself and my brand,
which I will always be grateful for.
Whilst nature has, and always will inspire me and my designs, the main source of my inspiration are items or memories that hold great sentimental value. This, for me, gives my designs and creations purpose and therefore invaluable qualities that are timeless.
Using my fine art skills in drawing and painting, I want to provide an aesthetic that sits within current trends of fashion, but is still desirable for generations to come.

I want my accessories to become a part of the wearer, to become part of new memories.
A luxury belonging that has become an item of sentiment in it's own right.
My Signature, Your Story.
